The World's search engine giant Google keep silent after Yellow Pages is considering partnering with them to pool their efforts in the online advertising market.
If the joining force pursue would mean internet users would be able to search for and see the location of businesses listed in Yellow pages by logging on to Google Maps.
On the other hand, Yellow Pages would use Google to provide maps for its yellow.co.nz website.
The RePress already emailed Annie Baxter, Public Relations Manager of Google for Australia and New Zealand regarding the issues but still no comment about it as of now.
To recall, Two years ago, Google approach Yellow Pages to requested access to their listings but Yellow Pages turned down the proposals.
