Armageddon Expo 2009

Wellington Biggest Pulp Culture expo - "Armageddon expo" returns to Capital  by TSB Bank Arena this coming April  with a mix of TV & movie stars, gaming, animation, wrestling, music, comics, sci-fi, fantasy, collectibles and more.

Fans of Doctor Who will be excited to hear that British actor Peter Davison, perhaps best known for playing the fifth incarnation of Doctor Who in the 1980s, will visit Wellington for the Armageddon Expo. 

Davison has also been popular in New Zealand in the television series All Creatures Great and Small, A Very Peculiar Practice, Campion and At Home with the Braithwaites,Other guests at Armageddon will include Kevin Sorbo, star of Hercules the Legendary Journeys, and American comedian Michael Winslow, best known as the noisemaker in the Police Academy movies.

The  Wellington events are on April 4/5th and feature an array of celebrity, comic, manga and animation guests including (to name a few)
-    Peter Davison (Doctor Who)
-    Kevin Sorbo (Hercules)
-    Sam Jones (Flash Gordon)
-    Darick Robertson (The Boys Comic)
-    Greg Cipes (Ben 10 Alien Force)

Tickets for the event are now on sale through Ticketek at including single, two day, family passes and gold and silver tickets.
